Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Our client is seeking for an Administrative assistant.

Duties includes: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate department activities. Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and public inquiries in a professional manner. Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports as needed. Support special projects and city events as assigned.

Required qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred. 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role (government or public sector experience is a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
