JOB DETAILS
Our client is seeking a warm, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant . This position includes front desk responsibilities as well as administrative coordination, with a focus on serving as a liaison between our clinical practice.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with compassion and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen incoming calls via phone, or email with empathy and clarity
- Schedule appointments across departments and manage patient flow efficiently
- Perform administrative tasks including accurate recordkeeping and interdepartmental coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and compassion when handling sensitive medical informationPerform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Prior experience in a fastpaced customer service role (healthcare setting a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and patientfocused mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and strong sense of discretion
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative clinical environment
