ABOUT JOB
The role is for an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations .
Position Highlights
- Administrative Assistant reporting directly to the Founder/Creative Director
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Starting compensation: $25/hour
- Paid vacation after one year
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and communications for the Creative Director
- Support website updates, Instagram content scheduling, and AI-related platforms
- Coordinate market appointments, newsletters, and retailer communications
- Track priorities and provide project updates
- Assist with administrative and operational functions for a small creative team
Ideal Candidates
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working across multiple digital platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills internally, with clients and customers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in a composed culture
- Two to three years Admin Asst experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
