ABOUT JOB

Pay Rate: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls
Provide excellent customer service
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and files
Assist with data entry and recordkeeping
Support various administrative and office projects

Qualifications

Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
