ABOUT JOB
We are a fast-growing firm looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant / Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and looking to grow long-term with the company.
You will play a major role in managing client communication, scheduling, appointment coordination, and helping transfer qualified opportunities to our sales team.
Responsibilities
Call and confirm appointments before they are transferred to sales reps
Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally
Speak with leads and qualify/transfer sales opportunities
Manage spreadsheets and tracking systems
Schedule appointments and follow-up tasks
Assist with administrative and operational duties
Help maintain smooth day-to-day workflow and communication
Requirements
Go High Level experience is REQUIRED
Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel)
Comfortable making outbound calls and answering inbound calls
Strong communication and phone skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Looking for long-term growth with the company
Compensation
Base salary + performance bonuses
Additional bonuses paid for qualified sales transfers

Preferred Experience
Administrative assistant experience
Appointment setting or call center experience
CRM management experience
Customer service or sales support background
Pay: $21.00 – $40.00 per hour
