ABOUT JOB
Our client is hiring an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Coordinator . This position supports office administration, customer service communication, scheduling, data entry, documentation, and follow-up across internal teams and customers. The role may offer remote flexibility after initial training, with the option to work in office if preferred.
Responsibilities may include answering and routing phone or email inquiries, entering and updating records, coordinating schedules or service requests, preparing basic documentation, supporting customer follow-up, and keeping administrative details organized. This is a good fit for someone who is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with standard office software, and able to communicate clearly.
Flexible schedule options may be available. Starting pay is $22.00-$24.00 per hour.
