ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and Office Coordinator to join our team. The Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator plays a key role in keeping daily office operations running smoothly. This position provides administrative support, coordinates office activities, and serves as a go-to resource for team members, visitors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator
- Assist with daily office operations
- Support internal culture initiatives such as teambuilding events, company lunches, health and wellness programs, and charitable donation efforts.
- Collaborate with administrative team members to manage key operational tasks.
- Perform data entry for company budgets, expense tracking, and vendor management.
- Assist with organizing company outings, celebrations, and other special events.
- Handle additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and similar platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive, “cando” attitude.
Additional Details
Salary: 65,000 dollars annually plus PTO and benefits. Non-Exempt
