ABOUT JOB

 

Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Part Time Assistant to support a fast-paced office environment. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety in their day, and is comfortable handling both administrative responsibilities and day-to-day operational tasks.

You will work directly with the owner and his assistant, and gain hands-on exposure of the day-to-day operations of running a business. You will be able to receive direct mentorship in real estate and business ownership from a successful 25 year veteran in the industry.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • $22/hour
  • Bonuses given
  • Additional Perks
  • Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling possible.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering and organizing emails
  • Excel data entry and spreadsheet management
  • Handling errands and day-to-day office support tasks
  • Preparing documents and maintaining organization
  • General executive and administrative support

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is has a “no task too small” attitude. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, responsive. Outstanding opportunity for someone interested in entrepreneurship and real estate.

Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
