We are a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to accuracy, integrity, and excellence. We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation and organisation of financial documents, reports and tax returns to be sent for signature.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases accurately and confidentially.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct clients to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage our accounts receivable, trust account and payroll functions.
  • Scanning and electronic filing of client records and documentation
  • Working cohesively with other admin team members.
  • Liaising with clients and following up on information requests.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in an accounting or finance environment.
  • Proficient and comfortable using Teams/Zoom meetings and liaising with remote staff members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software – Xero, XPM, FYI.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
