As an Administrative Client Coordinator, you will assist with organizing vacation arrangements that may include accommodations, transportation, and scheduled activities. Many plans involve multiple steps and confirmations, so strong organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines efficiently are essential. You will help ensure that all reservations are properly documented, confirmations are accurate, and itinerary details are aligned.
Clear communication is an important part of this role. You will assist with organizing updates and ensuring clients have clear and accessible information so they feel confident and prepared prior to departure.
