Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service with a strong sense of urgency in resolving member issues.
- Assist Account Managers with various tasks.
- Manage back-office operations, including training and accurate execution of tasks.
- Process billing inquiries and follow up on non-payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records with strong adherence to documenting and naming standard procedures.
- Utilize a strong follow-up system to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Take detailed notes and actively listen to understand client needs.
- Provide backup support to team members as needed.
- Assist with document communication and respond promptly to emails, calls, and mail.
- Collaborate with Account Managers on account activities and potential issues.
- Mentor other assistant account managers and contribute to personal and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
- Construction background a plus.
- Highly empathetic with strong active listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Strong note-taking abilities and adherence to documentation standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong follow-up system.
