ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional member experience. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for food and beverage operations, clubhouse services, and staff development. Designed as a succession position, the role will expand over the next three years to include governance, strategic planning, and full campus leadership as the current General Manager approaches retirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
