Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Our client HUB is looking for well organized Assistant Project Manager to help track projects and costs, follow-up with clients and vendors, source products, & create schedules. Position is work-from-home with some meetings in the NYC metro area & Westchester, NY.
The ideal candidate must:
- MUST HAVE PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE – Have at least 1 year of project management experience in production, branding, & signage. Installations are a plus.
- Be able to attend on-site meetings in Westchester, NY & NYC.
- Know Microsoft Office
- Previous administrative assistant experience.
Gas and/or reasonable travel reimbursement provided.
Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience/ability. Expected hours around 20 – 30 per week.
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
