Job Description

JOB  DETAILS

Our client HUB  is seeking an Associate Application Support Administrator to support Windows Server–based production applications critical to claims and Medicaid operations. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting, cross-team collaboration, and active participation in Facets upgrades—helping ensure reliable performance, smooth integrations, and regulatory compliance across production environments.

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Experience supporting Windows Server–based production applications
  • Hands‑on troubleshooting of application, system, and integration issues
  • Ability to work with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues
  • Experience supporting production environments in regulated or high‑availability systems
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Facets
  • Knowledge of IIS and application services
  • PowerShell experience
  • Familiarity with Scrum / Agile methodologies

Job Responsibilities

  • Works under general supervision and relies on significant knowledge to support and administer production support applications.
  • Coordinates problem solving and troubleshooting activities.
  • Technical liaison between application development and infrastructure teams for production environment design, setup, configuration, and implementation.
  • Coordinates with application areas to ensure all integration points with existing systems and infrastructure work properly.

 

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience

Experience

  • 1 year – Experience in Information Technology required

 

Skills\Certifications

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
