Requirements
  • Experience leading teams and managing client engagements with accountability for performance and communication.
  • Ability to set goals for client engagements and ensure adherence to best practices across channels and mediums, including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and functional content.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and remove roadblocks during campaign approval processes and collaborate with Strategists to create action plans.
  • Ability to build structure, establish cadences, provide proactive support, and empower teams with clear expectations and concise communication.
Responsibilities
  • Set goals for every client engagement in their pod.
  • Ensure each client follows best practices across all channels and mediums, including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and functional content.
  • Identify and remove roadblocks during client campaigns by discussing and addressing blockers in 1:1 conversations with Strategists, and establish action plans to enable strategy success.
  • Provide leadership that builds structure, cadence, proactive support, and clear communication and expectation setting to the team.
