ABOUT JOB

As a Billing & Payroll Clerk, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining accurate payroll and billing records while supporting the daily operations of the company. You’ll handle data entry, reporting, and communication between management and staff to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely financial processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, calculate, and enter data to maintain payroll information accurately.
• Provide payroll-related information to management, employees, and other stakeholders as requested.
• Manage daily office operations such as filing systems, reporting, and requisition of supplies.
• Perform billing operations and ensure all processes follow company policies and established procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company payroll information.
• Assist with additional administrative or financial tasks as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and employees.
• Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in billing and payroll functions.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately while being proactive in solving problems and improving processes.
