Duties
Managing contractorsusing QuickBooks, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled regularly
Assist with data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing reports to ensure accuracy and clarity
Skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
Strong office management skills with experience in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading
Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Familiarity with office equipment operation such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
