ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Service Assistant to support our operations. This role involves assisting clients, handling service requests, and ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service requests
- Provide accurate information about services, schedules, and operations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Coordinate with operations teams to fulfill client needs
- Track and document client interactions and feedback
- Resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary
Requirements:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or client-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits
