ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Service Assistant to support our operations. This role involves assisting clients, handling service requests, and ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service requests
  • Provide accurate information about services, schedules, and operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Coordinate with operations teams to fulfill client needs
  • Track and document client interactions and feedback
  • Resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary

 

Requirements:

 

Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or client-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills
