Job Description
ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a detail oriented, organized Office Assistant who is ready to grow with the company. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow over time.
- Managing Project files such as contracts, invoicing, change orders
- Organizing and maintaining up to date business records
- Uploading incoming documents from permits, reports, photo documentation
- Perform follow ups on open invoices through calls and/or emails
- General office work such as filing, data entry, email correspondence
- Manage payroll, help with scheduling incoming jobs
- Similar Tasks
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Proficiency in Google Docs
- 1 to 3 Years administrative or office experience, (Construction industry experience is a bonus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while following through consistently
Preferred:
- Any experience in Construction, architecture, or engineering industries.
- Familiarity with project management
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and bring new ideas to help organize office operations, improve efficiency, and create better systems for day-to-day workflow.
This role has the potential to grow over time. For the right candidate who demonstrates reliability, initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take on more complex tasks, we are open to increasing both responsibilities and compensation above 25 an hour, with the possibility of this becoming a full-time position.
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
