ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist.
We are looking for a polished, professional, and cordial individual to join our team and take on this important role. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role, and will be able to juggle multiple tasks at once. The receptionist will be responsible for answering and routing phone calls, and providing general administrative support.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or GED or five years’ prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize activities, and self-manage focus and time
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Responsibilities:
- Helping maintain workplace security by checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Providing basic customer service, including responding to requests for information about products or services offered by the company
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
