We’re growing and looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking to people, wants consistent hours, and is looking for a workplace with support, structure, and a positive team environment.
What’s on offer
- $33.50/hr + super
- 2 weeks paid training
- 9-day fortnight
- Long weekend every second week
- No experience needed
Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 10am–7pm
- Alternate Fridays: 10am–6:15pm

- Speaking with people who already support charities
- Having positive, professional conversations
- Following clear systems and processes
- Learning through structured training and ongoing support
- Working as part of a supportive team
