ABOUT JOB

 

Our client is offering a long-term employment opportunity for Data Entry/ Customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Provide a friendly and seamless experience for all customers with a positive and attentive attitude

-Uphold a successful team environment and collectively provide exceptional service to all customers.

-Maintain an organized workspace

-Provide feedback/ responses in a timely manner

-Ability to multitask/ manage time properly to meet timed daily goals.

-Communicate effectively through phone calls and emails, following proper etiquette.

-Assist walk up customers

Qualifications

-High School diploma (preferred)

-Data Entry/ Customer Service/ Office setting experience (preferred)

-Computer Experience, Microsoft Office, 40 wpm average

-Attentiveness

-Proper phone and email etiquette required

Benefits

-Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday 6am – 5pm. *Schedule to be finalized during hiring process*

-Full Time employment

-$18.00 to $22.00 per hour

-Occasional Overtime
