ABOUT JOB

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service / Data Entry Specialist to join our team . In this role, you will be the backbone of our order processing system, helping us distribute inventory efficiently to local convenience stores.

Core Responsibilities

• Process Store Orders: Input daily inventory orders from convenience store owners via phone, email, and digital portals.
• Update Inventory Databases: Enter new product arrivals, price adjustments, and stock levels into our internal system.
• Support Local Customers: Answer incoming calls from store managers to track deliveries, resolve ordering errors, and answer product questions.
• Verify Shipping Documents: Cross-reference physical delivery receipts and invoices against digital system records to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our warehouse and delivery drivers to ensure orders are packed and shipped on time.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Multitasking Ability: Skill to accurately input data while answering customer phone calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer Basics: Comfortable navigating desktop computers, looking up data, and using basic software tools.
• Accuracy & Focus: Strong attention to detail to ensure product numbers and quantities are entered correctly.
• Communication Skills: Friendly, professional phone etiquette and clear written communication for email responses.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
