ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a qualified CSR to assist in building quality relationships with partners and customers alike. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails from partners and customers in a timely manner
  • Answer telephone calls as necessary
  • Participate in minor sales efforts
  • Draft relative email/site content for various company objectives
  • Work closely in a small team environment
  • Make database adjustments
  • Keep up-to-date on technology knowledge related to the product/space

Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills
  • Command of the English language
  • Experience with database management preferred
  • Experience working with small teams preferred, but not required
  • Bachelors or equivalent preferred, but not required
