ABOUT JOB
Our client is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and supporting dealership and service objectives. Success in this role is measured through daily activity, appointment generation, customer satisfaction, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers by phone, text, and email to schedule appointments
- Follow up on internet leads and unsold showroom traffic
- Re-engage previous customers and service customers
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
- Participate in daily team meetings and training
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Minimum 5 appointments set per week
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up tasks
- Achieve appointment show-rate goals
- Meet monthly customer contact and retention objectives
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Complete all required training and certifications on time
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Automotive experience preferred but not required
