Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions with a positive attitude.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling check-ins, and directing calls efficiently using office management tools.
- Utilize computer literacy and productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to update records, process transactions, and maintain accurate data entry logs.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, managing calendars, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, billing, and basic financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Support office management activities by organizing supplies, managing appointments, and ensuring the overall productivity of the front desk area.
Skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Previous office experience or administrative background preferred; experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes professionally.
- Technical proficiency in office management software like QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in clerical work.
- Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Pay: $24.23 – $29.18 per hour
