ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, tracking, and general support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information
- Create and manage service tickets, ensuring all interactions are properly documented
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information and timely solutions
- Assist with billing inquiries, documentation, and order verification as needed
Requirements:
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service or CRM software
