ABOUT JOB
We’re looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Service team and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and flexible work environment.
Job responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from established affiliates, customers, or retail clients.
- Assisting customers when placing orders or returns.
- Answering general product questions and promoting special offers.
- Providing overall account maintenance via phone, email, and chat.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed to follow up with customers’ requests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center (Preferred but not required)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to learn quickly.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
- Must have a suitable space at home, or a home office free of distractions and with minimal noise.
Skills:
- Sales skills (Preferred but not required)
- Positive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Great problem-solving skills, patience, empathy, and active listening.
- Dependable, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
Experience

- 1 year(s): Previous experience in a call center (Preferred but not required)

Required
- High School or better
