ABOUT JOB

 

We’re looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Service team and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and flexible work environment.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from established affiliates, customers, or retail clients.
  • Assisting customers when placing orders or returns.
  • Answering general product questions and promoting special offers.
  • Providing overall account maintenance via phone, email, and chat.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to follow up with customers’ requests.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center (Preferred but not required)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to learn quickly.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
  • Must have a suitable space at home, or a home office free of distractions and with minimal noise.

Skills:

  • Sales skills (Preferred but not required)
  • Positive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Great problem-solving skills, patience, empathy, and active listening.
  • Dependable, well-organized, and detail-oriented.

 


Experience

Preferred

  • 1 year(s): Previous experience in a call center (Preferred but not required)

Education

Required

  • High School or better
