ABOUT JOB

 

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and email requests at the Customer Service desk.
  • Generate and track daily work orders via Inventory Management System
  • Schedule and coordinate customer pickups and deliveries.
  • Respond to client questions or concerns
  • Interact with Dispatch and Account Management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Hours (M-F) 9:00 am -6:00 pm

Required Skills:

  • Data entry and order processing experience
  • Ability to handle heavy phones in a fast-paced environment; active listening and conflict resolution
  • Positive attitude, friendly disposition
  • Must possess excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as both part of a team and independently
  • Ability to multi task several processes simultaneously
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Intermediate computer skills (Email, Excel, etc.).
