ABOUT JOB

 

We are searching for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to assist with customer interactions and support daily operational processes . This role works closely with team members to ensure inquiries are handled efficiently, records are maintained accurately, and customers receive a high level of service.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
    • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service requests
    • Assist with tracking and resolving customer issues or concerns
    • Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients and visitors
    • Communicate updates or service-related information with internal teams
    • Support administrative and operational tasks as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Associate degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
