ABOUT JOB

 

We are looking for a candidate that can take old paper copy test data and reports, scan them, and upload them to the company server for digital records retention. It’s highly important that the files be organized and labeled properly. Employee must be able to work independently and self-motivating. Must be highly organized and detail orientated. Be able to use computers, printers, scanners.

 

Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or higher
  • Ability to use standard printers, scanners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Familiar with electronic document management tools like PDF Editor, etc.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills and ability to express thoughts and ideas in a very clear manner
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, strong team player with a positive attitude.
