ABOUT JOB
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to assist with entering and managing property and title data. This is an entry-level position with training provided, ideal for someone interested in real estate, legal records, or administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter property data, legal descriptions, and document details into company systems
- Review title reports, deeds, and public records for completeness
- Pull and process order requests, ensuring all required information is obtained and assigned correctly
- Maintain organized digital files and document records
- Verify information for accuracy and flag discrepancies
- Assist abstractors and team members with administrative support
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry systems)
- Ability to type efficiently and maintain data accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience with real estate, title work, or courthouse/public records
- Familiarity with legal descriptions or property records
- Previous data entry or administrative experience
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
