ABOUT JOB

We are looking for a Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist to join our rapidly growing company. The Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist is a critical contributor to our goal of providing a superior experience to our dental practice clients.

What you’ll do

● Data entry – enter dental office RX/prescription into our dental lab platform

● Effectively resolve issues communicated through phone calls and emails

● Learn to escalate issues or concerns to senior team members

What we’re looking for

● 1-3 years of experience working in data entry, call center or customer support roles

● Capable problem solver

● Ability to work with others
