JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of data entry or administrative experience and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain case information within the firm’s case management and document systems.
- Review incoming documents and update case records with accurate information.
- Process and organize electronic files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and stored.
- Assist with uploading documents to internal databases and tracking systems.
- Verify accuracy of entered information and correct discrepancies when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive legal information.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the department.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of data entry or administrative experience, preferably in a law firm, insurance, or professional services environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle high-volume data entry tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401K
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000
