ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic administrative team. Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized databases like QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk duties
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Proofread and review documents for accuracy before submission or filing
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients and visitors at the front desk or via phone
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; strong attention to detail for proofreading and data verification
- Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles, including calendar management and patient record handling, is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
