JOB DETAILS
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented candidate to join the team. You will be expected to scan documents, process mail, interact with multiple computer-based applications, answer phones e.t.c
Job Duties:
- Exhibit top‐tier customer service to our clients
- Handle highly sensitive escalated customer service issues
- Provide support for miscellaneous requests with a “can-do” attitude and philosophy
- Recordkeeping
- Sorting mail
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 Customer Service
- Ability to accurately type 45 words/minute
- Expertise with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word & Outlook
- High integrity with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Positive Attitude
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Good communication skills
- Good typing skills
- Accountable and responsible
- Reliable and dependable
Benefits:
