ABOUT JOB
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to community operations and compliance requirements. This role is essential to ensuring company records remain accurate, organized, and up to date while supporting daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update information in company databases and systems
- Review records for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and make corrections as needed
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation
- Assist with processing reports, forms, and community management documents
- Update statutory and compliance requirements through online portals
- Communicate with team members to verify and clarify information
- Provide general administrative support and complete additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Accurate and efficient typing/data entry skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
