Core Responsibilities

- Quality Control: Verifying information against original source documents and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
- Record Maintenance: Organizing and filing physical and digital files.
- Database Updates: Updating existing records with new or revised information as needed.
- Reporting: Compiling and generating summaries or reports based on entered data.
- Data Security: Following established confidentiality protocols and performing regular backups to prevent data loss.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) or Google Workspace.
- Attention to Detail: Precision is critical for avoiding typos and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Organization & Focus: Ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication to clarify data requirements and report errors.
- Education: Usually requires a high school diploma or GED, with on-the-job training provided for proprietary software.
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
