We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team! Duties

  • Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and management systems with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information
  • Verify data entries for accuracy through proofreading and cross-checking against source documents
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries professionally, and direct calls appropriately
  • Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, handling appointments, and managing calendar schedules
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices
  • Provide excellent customer service by supporting client inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive interactions

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with office management procedures including filing, calendar management, and document proofreading
  • Knowledge of clerical practices such as data entry, filing systems, and document formatting
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer support techniques
  • Office experience in administrative or clerical roles is highly desirable
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is preferred
  • Strong computer literacy combined with excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
