ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in maintaining accurate and efficient data management across various departments. Duties
- Input, update, and verify data across multiple platforms using data entry software and spreadsheets
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and document proofreading
- Support client communication efforts through phone conversations, email correspondence, and front desk assistance
- Utilize productivity software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace to prepare reports and documents
- Perform general clerical duties.
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a focus on data entry and customer support
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus for handling financial records
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and spreadsheet management
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy; ability to proofread documents effectively
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing professional phone etiquette
- Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous for understanding specialized workflows
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of office management practices including calendar management, filing systems, and time management techniques
