We’re looking for a Data Entry Clerk / Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team and help keep our operations running smoothly. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that supports our community.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance / Administration Manager, you’ll provide accurate, confidential, and timely administrative and data entry support. You’ll help maintain data integrity across multiple systems, ensure client records are kept up to date, and assist with day-to-day office and front-of-house duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of client, financial, and operational information
- Preparing reports, filing documentation, and maintaining data security standards
- Providing front-of-house reception support and excellent customer service
- Scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing correspondence
- Assisting with general administrative and finance tasks
- Supporting staff onboarding and contributing to continuous improvement
About You
You’re an organised multitasker with a sharp attention to detail and a professional, friendly manner. You enjoy working in a supportive team environment and can handle confidential information with discretion.
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration or data entry
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-level accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and customer service abilities
