We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our data management systems and customer interactions, ensuring accurate information processing and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Accurately input data into database systems, and office software using high-speed typing skills
• Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically for easy retrieval of records
• Support order entry processes by entering customer calls promptly and accurately
• Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, basic math calculations, and office organization to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience with data entry, clerical work or administrative roles in an office setting
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Quickbooks
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; experience with purchasing and dispatching a plus
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prior office or administrative experience that demonstrates attention to detail and reliability
• English speaking a must, Spanish a plus

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
