ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills and proficiency in database systems and computerized data entry processes.

Responsibilities:
– Input data accurately into databases and maintain updated records
– Organize and maintain files and documents
– Perform data entry tasks using Excel and Quickbooks
– Verify data by comparing it to source documents
– Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
– Assist in generating reports as needed

– Ability to communicate over the phone and email

Requirements:
– Proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
– Basic math skills for numerical data entry
– Familiarity with database systems and clerical procedures
– Ability to type efficiently and use computerized systems effectively
– Proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks
