ABOUT JOB
Responsibilities:
Some of the main responsibilities are:
- Receive and route calls and messages to the proper department and respond to public inquires.
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
- Locate, scan and attach documents and pictures to correspondent files in our system.
- Open and date stamp all general documents entered in our system.
- Hand out employee applications.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties as requested by any department.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience of data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent grammar is required.
- Excellent typing skills.
- High school Diploma or GED certification.
- Computer skills: Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines, manage a large volume of communication and be a team player.
