Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update orders, customer information, and product data in our systems
- Review incoming requests and source documents (emails, order forms, invoices, spreadsheets) and extract the required details
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy (addresses, item numbers, quantities, pricing, and special instructions) and flag inconsistencies
- Follow written procedures and checklists to ensure consistent, error-free entry
- Maintain organized digital records and add clear internal notes when needed
- Coordinate with team members to clarify missing or conflicting information
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy expectations
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Prior experience in data entry, order entry, administrative support, or a similar role
- Strong computer skills and comfort working in browser-based systems and Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy with repetitive tasks
- Strong written communication skills (for internal notes and clarifying questions)
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
