We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist and Receptionist to join our team. This dual-role position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our administrative operations while providing exceptional front-desk support. In this role, you will be responsible for entering client information into our electronic storage system, updating existing entries, and properly organizing hard copies of information.

To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and have experience working with a variety of databases. Ultimately, a top-notch Data Entry Specialist should possess a keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems using proficient typing and computer skills
  • Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and direct them appropriately with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Organize and file physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval through effective filing systems
  • Perform data collection tasks, including transcription of audio or written information into digital formats
  • Assist with order entry, inventory updates, and basic math calculations to support office operations
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, generate reports, and analyze data for operational insights
  • Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience working with databases, ERP systems, and data entry processes
  • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; capable of transcribing audio or written content efficiently
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, data collection, and record keeping
  • Basic math skills for order processing, inventory management, and data verification tasks
  • Previous clerical or office experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $29.83 – $32.49 per hour
