ABOUT JOB

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Digital Records Assistant to help manage and organize electronic files. This is a remote position that involves basic administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and maintaining accurate digital records. The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, follows instructions well, and can work independently.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain digital files and records
  • Upload, rename, and categorize documents
  • Perform basic data entry with accuracy
  • Review records for completeness and errors
  • Update existing files and databases as needed
  • Follow company guidelines for file management and security
  • Assist with document retrieval when requested
  • Communicate with team members via email or messaging tools

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, or similar)
  • Ability to type accurately and pay attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good written communication skills
  • Previous administrative or data entry experience
  • Familiarity with cloud storage platforms
  • Experience with document management systems
