ABOUT JOB

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounting Assistant who is eager to learn and grow in a hands-on environment. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, quick to pick up new tasks, and comfortable learning on the fly. No formal degree is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and reporting tasks
• Communicate with team members and vendors as needed
• Handle administrative and accounting-related tasks as they come up
• Learn and take on new responsibilities over time

Qualifications:

• No degree required; relevant experience or coursework is a plus
• Basic math and computer skills (Excel or similar programs preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks
