ABOUT JOB
We are looking for a reliable and organized Entry-Level Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support our team and partners. This role is ideal for someone starting their administrative career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a professional office environment. You will play a key role in managing communications, supporting daily operations, and ensuring a welcoming experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls; manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Schedule client appointments and assist with calendar coordination
- Organize and prepare client documents, including binding and presentation
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare and proofread basic correspondence and documents
- Provide data entry and assist with onboarding new clients
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks (training provided)
- Assist with administrative projects and general office support
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0–2 years of administrative, customer service, or office experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
