Our client is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our founder.
The Executive Assistant will act as an operational partner to the founder, managing logistics, communications, scheduling, and administrative workflows so that leadership can remain focused on strategy, clinical leadership, and business development.
This role requires exceptional organization, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. The right candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable handling both professional and occasional personal administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the founder’s calendar across multiple platforms (Google Workspace, scheduling software, Zoom), including meetings, recordings, podcast appearances, and internal team sessions.
- Coordinate travel logistics, speaking engagements, and event schedules when applicable.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, follow-ups, and summary notes.
Communications
- Manage incoming inquiries and internal communications on behalf of the founder.
- Coordinate meeting logistics including scheduling, links, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with partners, media contacts, and clients.
Operational & Personal Assistance
- Assist with select personal administrative tasks for the founder when needed.
- Help manage scheduling, reminders, and task organization to maintain operational flow.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using digital platforms such as Zoom, scheduling software, and collaborative workspaces.
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and document preparation abilities.
- Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
